What we do

Filmmaking often exists like a siloed world—rich, magnetic, and difficult to access unless one has either the resources to stand out in the crowd or the resourcefulness to create a new opening.

Filmmakers’ Lab is our attempt to become that space of access: a platform where novices and practitioners, insiders and outsiders, technology and art, can meet, explore, and experiment.

We do not shy away from questioning the sacred; to us, the sacred is not weakened by nuance, but illuminated by it. Every experiment carries the possibility of failure, but without such experiments, no field truly expands, and no new presence of life enters it.

Through online courses, site based workshops and on ground events we hope to create a space to deep dive into several aspects that are spoken about but rarely discussed. We look at how we can reframe our approach to storytelling with ideas and solutions based on real world experiences.
